About Erica

Hi my name is Erica, I recently graduated Magna Cum Lada from Hamilton College and am looking for a Chicago family or group of families who could use some assistance with remote learning this school year. I graduated with honors in theatre and sociology. I am passionate about creating meaningful and diverse learning experiences that go further than memorizing the three r's and that is tailored to the need of my students. I have an extensive background working with kids from preschool to middle school aged. I have 200+ hours in student teaching, tutoring, and after school programming. While at hamilton college, I spent over 60 course hours in curriculum development, social justice and emotional learning, educational leadership courses and I have studied the CPS curriculum model. I am creative, energetic, compassionate, and an outside of the box learner and facilitator. I would love to work with your family!
