Erica is a sweet caring talented young lady who has a heart for children. She is an incredible person and giving teacher, encouraging her students to give their best and achieve their full potential in and out of the classroom. She gives her all in everything she does, no matter what the task may be. We met in the workplace and I was glad to have her as a coworker. Now I am grateful to call her a friend.
