My most recent experience was working with an 88-year-old woman. I not only helped a family care for their loved one, but I made a friend. My senior care involved working with early-onset dementia. During this time, I helped with meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, medication, exercise activities, and of course, having fun! For fun, we went for walks, played cards, shared stories, and baked old and new recipes together.

She was a great person fit to help care for my mother. Since March 2024 she has provided professional, compassionate care. She has been the perfect fit for our family. She consistently engaged mom with activities to keep her mind sharp such as crosswords puzzles, Scrabble, etc. When mom slept, She would, without even being asked; do laundry, clean the home, vacuum, etc. Her personality and positive energy lit up my mom’s spirits each time her smiling face walked in the door. She possessed the strength to move mom on her own and the common sense to know what to do and when to ask a question. one a few occasions she even spent her own money and would bring mom a gift. My mom passed recently so her services are no longer needed and you will be lucky to have her. I would be more than happy to provide further accolades if you wish to reach out to me via care.com or herself. I personally thank her for her loyal, honest, trustworthy, selfless service.
