About Erica

While I have many passions in life, working with kids take the cake. As the eldest of 7, I have had my good share of experience changing diapers, homework helping, and just playing with my siblings. For some it may be work, but for me I enjoy serving kids in an impact manner. My experience with children started with caring for my own siblings, but eventually expanded to focus on kids with academic and special needs. Currently, I am a medical student in the Galveston area hoping to specialize in internal medicine-pediatrics. I have a BA in Chemistry and Psychology and a MS in Medical Sciences. In addition to my education, I have 8 years of experience in tutoring kids in a variety of subjects and about 2 years of ABA experience specifically for children with autism. I enjoy interacting with kids in all age groups. Whether you need someone to teach math or someone to play Uno with you child, I am your gal!
