About Erica

Hello families! My name is Erica and I absolutely love working with children. I have 10 years of experience working with children ages 0-12 years of age. I have done everything from teaching music to preschoolers, being a preschool teacher, running aftercare and nature camps for elementary-age, to working in daycare teaching infants and toddlers! It is my mission to create a nurturing environment that provides each and every child the space to explore their interests, and to become the best version of themselves. I am a big advocate for child-led learning. Children are capable of so many things and I am passionate about being the adult who can allow them to be children, but offering the safety and respect they need to truly flourish. I am very energetic, empathetic, and confident. I am passionate about helping children reach their full potential by learning about the beautiful world we live in.
