About Erica

As a caregiver with a decade of hands-on experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous roles have allowed me to positively impact children's lives, and I am excited to continue doing so. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I believe these qualities make me an ideal caregiver. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and have no problem communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I am happy to provide verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text or phone call, and I am flexible to follow the parents' preferred communication method. With my experience and skills, I am comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to preteens. I am also certified in First Aid and CPR, and have completed coursework in Early Child Development and Early Childhood Education. I am a certified teacher and can provide assistance with travel, cooking, and light housekeeping.
