I love a child's curiosity and love being the one that families trust to always put their child's needs and safety as my priority. I think it is an added bonus that I can get paid to do what I love doing for free! I love having fun with children so when they see me come through the door its not a tragedy that mom and dad might leave but rather a day guaranteed to be full of fun! I have worked primarily with preschool and school aged children in nanny positions, babysitting, and classroom settings. I have also done respite care for children with developmental and/or physical delays. I hired Erica because she seemed like a good fit for our family. She took two days to get back to me. She accepted the job offer and she kept ignoring all of my attempts to contact her after she had already accepted the job offer. She ghosted us without ever communicating that she was no longer interested in the position. I lost 2 weeks just waiting for a response.
