Erica worked for my grandmother for 2 1/2 years. She was always reliable, dependable, and saved the day on many occasions. Her experience and skills that she exercised while caring for my grandmother were exemplary. Her genuine care, compassion, and concern is top-rated and extremely hard to come across. She is very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable in the field. Her ideas and suggestions always helped in every instance. Her presence in the home allowed my grandmother to comfortably stay at home until she was no longer able to, due to other reasons. I highly recommend Erica for all care needs. She exercised wound care, medication management, meals, daily hygiene, etc. My grandmother was bed bound and Erica knew how to care for her while she was unable to get out of bed. Her companionship to my grandmother was unmatched. Erica was a blessing to my entire family and I recommend her service to anyone in need.
