We initiated a call with Erica at first to see if she was the right fit. Once we got off the call, we knew we chose the right person to watch our precious boys (3 & 5). My husband and I had work in Colorado Springs and are originally from Fort Collins. So we were unfamiliar with the area. Erica came the next day 20 mins earlier than what she promised! She wanted to ensure the boys had their car-seats properly adjusted to her vehicle. When she met the boys, we couldn't believe that the kids were open to her right off the bat! And the boys are really shy to new people. So that was really assuring. Throughout the day she texted us updates on the boys. She also sent photos of them having a blast! That gave us piece of mind. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. Our boys still talk about how fun she was and how they felt safe with Erica. Thank you so much Erica for taking good care of our boys. You are kind, responsible and very respectful of our family's needs!
