About Erica

My name is Erica B and I am a passionate nanny with over 6 years of experience caring for children of various ages. From an early age, I discovered my love for working with children and I've dedicated much of my life to provide them with a safe, caring and stimulating environment. I was born in Medellin, Colombia and grew up in an environment where there was always an emphasis on care and attention towards the youngest. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a variety of families and children, which has allowed me to have my skills in managing daily routines, resolving conflicts between children and organizing educational and recreational activities tailored to each stage of development. I especially enjoy creating a fun and educational environment where children can explore, learn and grow with a lot love. My approach is based on open communication with parents to ensure that their expectations and concerns are effectively addressed.
