Erica is an extremely professional and compassionate human being. She was amazing with both of my parents, patient and caring in attending to all of their needs. Most importantly, Erica spent so much time listening to their stories while providing comfort in every manner. Her sweet personality is infectious and my parents absolutely adore her.
