About Erica

I've been caring for children for the last three years because I'm passionate about fostering their growth and development. I've taken some college courses to further my knowledge and skills in childcare. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, which helps me connect with children and make their time with me enjoyable. I build relationships with parents by providing them with written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates. I follow their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I love playing outdoor sports, physical games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm also comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm available to care for up to four children at a time. I have a car, I'm comfortable with pets, and I speak both English and Spanish. I would be happy to provide references upon request.
