I don't know what some comments are talking about because Enma is a great person overall! She's been cleaning my house and my mom's for about a year now, I was skeptical at first but she is just amazing no complaints at all, leaves my house squeaky clean every time she is also very kind and always in a good mood :) so happy I found her
