I've been working as a childcare provider for the past year, and I've truly found my passion in supporting families and providing reliable childcare. My previous babysitting roles gave me positive experiences that inspired me to pursue this career. I'm known for my patient and calm personality, which helps me connect with children and create a nurturing environment. My creativity and imagination allow me to engage kids in educational and enjoyable activities. I believe open communication with parents is essential, so I provide verbal updates at pickup about their child's day and any issues that arose.
