Ena was wonderful in her interview and we happily hired her for multiple shifts for care for my Dad. Although I'm sure she would have been great, Ena did not show up for her first day of work and did not contact us to let us know. After multiple text messages she finally wrote us back to let us know she had an emergency. In the meantime she applied to the job again?! Thank goodness we had another aide that could cover the shifts that we had hired her for as my Dad is completely dependent and needs maximal assistance.
