Hi, my name is Emma. I just moved to Eugene to finish my Bachelors Degree, so I'm looking for some new clients in the area. I've been taking care of people with disabilities for a little over a year. I started caring for people with special needs when my boyfriend's aunt needed a bit more help caring for her daughter with Down Syndrome. While my main experience is with adults with Down Syndrome, I am highly adaptable and am willing to learn about other care needs. I'm great with kids and youths as well. I'm very patient, I'm calm in stressful situations, and I can improvise solutions to unexpected problems. I am CPR certified. I am able to assist with meals, chores, and other daily tasks. I can drive clients to appointments and activities in my own vehicle. I can also assist with person care and hygiene as needed.
