About Emma

Hi! My name is Emma, and I have over 5 years of experience working with children. I've been babysitting since I was 15 and currently work at School with toddlers, where I get to apply my knowledge and passion for early childhood development. I have a degree from The University of Rhode Island in Psychology and Human Development & Family Sciences, and I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work at Rutgers in the fall. I pride myself on being empathetic, patient, and nurturing, which helps me create a positive and supportive environment for the children I care for. Whether it's providing structured activities or simply being there to listen, I'm committed to ensuring that every child feels safe, understood, and engaged.
