Hi my name is Emma, I am a mom of a 5-month-old and have been a teacher for 6 years. I currently teach 6th grade math in St. Mary's county, but previously I have taught 5th grade. I have a lot of babysitting experience from full time, part-time, after school, and summer babysitting jobs, as well date nights! I have also been a summer camp counselor and a private tutor. During previous babysitting jobs, I have been responsible for making meals, driving kids to various activities, planning crafts, day trips, keeping family routines/schedule, and watching kids at the pool. I am available for date nights, and summer care!

We were nervous going into this because we had never had a babysitter we didn't know beforehand. However, Emma was great! She communicated regularly before and during the position. She was punctual, and a great role model for our kids. We loved that she was a teacher as well, which was an added bonus. Most importantly, our kids had fun and enjoyed their time with Emma. We will definitely hire her again when we are back in town.
