About Emma

My childcare journey began as a summer camp counselor, where I developed a passion for creating safe, engaging, and positive experiences for children. Since then, I've worked with 46 families through Bambino Sitters (Elite Ranking), caring for children from infancy to age 12. In 2021, I expanded my role to nanny and house manager and also au paired in Germany, gaining valuable cultural and childcare experience. With a Biology degree and Visual Media minor from UT Austin, I blend science and creativity to inspire curiosity through hands-on learning. While studying in Australia, I explored photography and storytelling in an experimental film course, which shaped my innovative teaching style. Teaching STEM at the Boys and Girls Club and facilitating a POD during 2020 further fueled my passion for sparking imagination and critical thinking in children.
