When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally at pick-up or through text or phone calls, whichever they prefer. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and have experience working with children of all ages.
