I'd describe my personality as friendly, empathetic and sincere I like caring for seniors because I have an old soul and love to help everyone feel their best , while understanding this task may be difficult for some I will strive to make anyone in my care feel worthy and valued while enjoying life again. I'm looking for a job that needs a qualified and responsible caregiver to enhance their quality of life while taking care of their daily needs. I started caring for seniors when my mother was diagnosed with Huntington's disease and dementia more than 8 years ago. In my spare time, I like to cook, garden and take care of my family. One thing you should know about me is I will not let you down. If I can help I will. If I am unable, I will communicate why and offer a solution. My skills include basic daily life skills, including bathing and styling hair, catheter care, cooking and most importantly, companionship.
