Hello, my name is Emma. I am 21 years old. I am currently a Junior in college. I am majoring in general studies with a focus in ABA, Sociology and child development. I have worked as an in home caregiver for 5 years now. I volunteer at a camp for children with special needs, I volunteer in a therapeutic horse riding facility, and I participate in many other Summer camps as a counselor. I am open and willing to learn new things! I am CPR and first aid certified, and I have been trained to do wheelchair lifts and g-tube feeding as well as what to do in the case of a seizure. I have dealt with many different types of disabilities ranging from physical to mental to behavioral. I have had training in behavior intervention and safe ways to perform restraints. I am comfortable intervening with a behavior and de-escalating a situation. I hope you consider me for the job!
