As a teacher and caregiver with over 8 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and friendly demeanor, allows me to connect with children effortlessly. I ensure open communication with parents by providing regular updates about their child's day and promptly addressing any issues that may arise. My comfort in enforcing household rules ensures a safe and structured environment for the child. I find great joy in engaging children with a variety of games, from educational games that promote learning to technology-based games that spark their curiosity. I'm a doctoral candidate at NC State, so I'm happy to tutor as well! I am also happy to assist with tasks like cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel. My non-smoking lifestyle further ensures a healthy environment for the child.
