About Emma

Hello! I've recently graduated college and moved back to Bay Village, OH where I was born and raised. I've been working with children of all ages since high school, and have childcare experience in 1:1 settings; family babysitting; and leading groups of children in Sunday School, sleep-away summer camp, Vacation Bible School, and more. I am Red Cross certified for infant, child, and adult first aid. I also have 2 years of tutoring experience, and as a graduate or a top-10 liberal arts institution, I am confidently prepared to tutor in reading comprehension and English skills, writing, and Spanish. I also scored a 35 on my ACT and have experience and strategies to tutor for ACT preparation. Whether directly tutoring or simply caring for children, I strive to make sure our activities are educational, fun, and age appropriate. I am friendly, energetic, adaptable, and love to work with infants and children of all ages.
