Emma was not respectful of our home. At least three things were broken that I discovered wither her mentioning it. She did not communicate well, and when feedback was given, she ignored it. I never felt like we could have two-way dialogue; everything seemed like an annoyance to her. She also barely spoke to our child, and she never got comfortable with her. She quit due to a family emergency over text message on a Saturday, three weeks ahead of when she was supposed to finish. This was very unprofessional, but since this was not working out, it was a blessing in disguise. I do not recommend Emma for childcare at this time. She needs to better understand responsibility, accountability for her actions, and general caretaking expectations better.
