Emma is an experienced, warm, compassionate, highly dependable caregiver. She has worked for us for about 6 months caring for my elderly father, full time and at times around the clock, until because of his prolonged hospitalization we no longer needed a home caregiver. She was a calm and caring presence and able to handle challenging situations with grace and a positive attitude. She helped with everything from medications, food prep, bathing, dressing, and taking him to medical appointments. She was completely trustworthy and very skilled in communicating with and caring for an elderly person with multiple medical problems, and most importantly, treating him with respect and dignity. I give her the highest recommendation.
