About Emma

Working with kids has always made my heart happy; watching kids grow, and flourish as they learn new things is such a joy! Creating a loving, safe environment for children is a top priority for me. Whether it's giving some extra attention or helping with homework, understanding and meeting the needs of each child is what is most rewarding. I am creative and enjoy exploring the outdoors with friends, and spending time with family. I love to create art, sing, and curl up with my cat to read in my spare time. I've worked with large groups of kids as a camp counselor at a beach camp and sports camp over past summers; I've worked in church ministry groups watching kids; have babysat children of all ages for friends, neighbors, and family; nannied for stay-at-home parents; cared for those with special needs, and dealt with separated families.
