We have been working with Emma for almost 2 years. It is going to be so hard when my daughter won't see her as regularly due to starting kindergarten as she loves spending afternoons with Emma. Emma is extremely reliable, communicative, and trustworthy. She will treat your child like the unique little human that they are - spending time doing the things that interest them and meeting them where they are. She was fantastic during the 2/3 yo big feeling phase and so patient! You will not regret hiring Emma. She is a great employee and the best playmate.
