About Emma

My name is Emma and I am very passionate about care giving and childcare. For experience, I worked in the daycare center for 6 years starting as a teachers aid and ending my time there as the lead toddler teacher. I am most comfortable caring for children ages 0 to 5 years, however, I also have 2 years of experience working with middle schoolers. As a caregiver, my passion lies in the nurturing the growth and development of young minds. I have a very calm and patient demeanor which I believe allows me to connect with children on a deeper level. I believe in open communication with parents and guardians and follow their preferred methods whether it's verbal or regular phone or text updates. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I maintain a firm yet gentle approach, ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I have taken and passed 'Circle of Security' parenting course and believe in bringing those methods to the children I care for.
