About Emma

Hi, I'm Emma! I've spent a lot of time working in childcare in some capacity since I was 15 years old! I've worked as a babysitter, camp counselor, and in-home childcarer with kids ages 2 months to 15 years old! I love music, reading, and fiber arts, as well as spending lots of time outdoors! I like working with kids because there's nothing better than when a child learns something new and their face just lights up with pure joy and pride In my spare time, I like to read, crochet, paint, and bake. I've taught a fiber arts class at a summer camp for the last two summers and the easiest way to strike up a conversation with me is to ask about what I'm currently making or planning on making! One thing you should know about me is I'm currently studying early childhood development at Northern Virginia Community College! I'm currently taking part-time online courses. My skills include patience, creativity, and problem-solving.
