About Emma

I love children and am so passionate about providing the best care possible for every child I watch. I really value building relationships with kids and honoring each child's individual needs. I love spending time playing and exploring the world with them, and helping to foster their imagination. It's so amazing to see how they process the world and the things they come up with in their play! I am a big believer of gentle parenting, and always strive to explain things calmly and clearly, as well as talking out any big feelings they have. I have completed child development courses and worked in a preschool as a student teacher for 2 years. I have nannied for many families ranging in age from 9 years to newborn, and have 6+ years experience. I am currently working as a certified direct support professional!
