I work at WakeMed Rehab hospital as a clinical aide so I have been able to assist seniors in that aspect/setting. I have had to assist my grandparents as well who have suffered from neurodegenerative diseases and have needed assistance walking, getting out of bed, bathing, feeding, medications, and basic activities of daily living. I have been trained on transfers to and from chairs, beds, shower chairs, wheelchairs, and others. I am passionate about helping others achieve their greatest potential. I hope to become a physical therapist in order to assist people with daily activities.
