About Emma

Hi there! I'm Emma. I teach statistics, psychology, and yoga in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida where I live with my sweet cat (Evie). With a Master's degree in Psychological Sciences and graduate certificates in Data Analysis and Infant Family Mental Health, I am well-prepared to be your tutor and biggest cheerleader as you work to ace your statistics or psychology course. I have varied and extensive teaching experience, from being a Graduate Teacher's Aide for statistics and psychology courses (2 years), to tutoring statistics and psychology courses (2 years). It brings me great joy to help students succeed, especially in subjects where they may have previously lacked confidence. I have experience working with students with dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and students on the autism spectrum. I coordinate my lessons to my students' interests and promise to do my best to make the "boring" feel fun!
