Leading up to the babysitting job, Emma was very conscientious about keeping in contact, confirming the time and date, and letting us know her ETA. Our teenage daughter very much enjoyed her time with Emma. Emma has a very good, calm-but-engaged energy. We would definitely recommend her. :)
