I have 6+ years experience in childcare including special needs, behavioral issues, and infinite care. I was the director of a small Nursery for 1 year where I coordinated staff scheduling, training, supplies, and anything else needed to ensure safety and happiness for all. I have 2 years experience in dementia and memory related care giving. I am a very patient, proactive, reliable, and respectful friend. No one deserves to be belittled or treated as incapable. I try to create a unique environment where everyone can achieve there full potential, all it takes is meeting them where they're at not where society says they should be.
