I am a junior at Virginia Tech majoring in Human Development and minoring in Disabilities Studies, with a career goal in occupational therapy. I currently lead Young Life Capernaum, a ministry for teenagers and adults with special needs. Additionally, I am a caregiver for a 19-year-old female with down syndrome. I also worked at a summer program for kids with special needs the past two summers, where I was a 1:1 aid for children with autism. I love working with people with special needs and am excited to one day have a career where I get to do this everyday!
