Hi, I'm Emma! I have over 6 years of nanny/babysitting experience and I love it! My journey began when I was 13, babysitting neighborhood kids, and I have nannied consistently since then. I also have worked as a nursing assistant for 3 years. My experience as a CNA taught me the importance of compassion and patience in caregiving and also helped me realize what a strong passion I have for taking care of others. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring that they are well-informed about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I follow their preferred communication method and respect their parenting style fully. My approach to childcare involves a balance of fun and educational activities. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that stimulate their minds. I'm super easy going and good with whatever your kiddos like to do!
