About Emma

I recently moved to Chicago and am looking to build a lasting relationship with a family in the area! As an experienced caregiver with a passion for helping children learn and grow, my goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I have multiple years of experience caring for children of all ages, and am comfortable enforcing household rules while still maintaining a positive and fun atmosphere. In addition to my experience, I also have a BA in Studio Art and certifications in Early Childcare, CPR, First Aid, and Blood-borne pathogens. Following the Montessori philosophy, I believe in positive discipline and letting the child guide the experience. I love singing, reading, and playing games with children, both educational and recreational. I am confident that my skills and experience make me an ideal caregiver for your family.
