Emma is a kind, compassionate, and flexible caregiver that I am so grateful to have for our son. They are especially gifted at caring for kiddos who are on the spectrum and live with neurodivergence. Our son is notoriously shy and takes weeks, even months, to warm up to new faces. However, he and Emma have been best buds since the first day Emma provided care at our home. I very much appreciate that Emma engages in multiple types of play and allows our child to lead the day, while still providing gentle structure and guidance to keep things safe and fairly consistent. They don't shy away from big feelings and always show up with the smile, ready to hold space for whatever the day brings while leading with laughter, respect and optimism. I cannot express how grateful we are to have found Emma and we truly consider them part of the family after working together for only a few months.
