Emma was extremely communicative and responsive all the way leading up to when we were supposed to meet for an interview for our nanny position. Unfortunately, she did not show for our meeting and we have not heard from her since. If we hear from her with an explanation for the no-call / no-show, then I will be happy to update my review.
