About Emily

As a caregiver and mother, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My patient and friendly nature creates a warm and welcoming environment for children to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to discuss their child's day or any concerns. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical activities to board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning and development. I am certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I began babysitting with help at 9 years old and eventually babysat on my own once I turned 14. I took Early Childhood Development classes in high school and Early Childhood Education classes in college. I worked at a daycare in college in the under 2 room with toddlers and babies. I have 2 sons of my own - ages 12 & 10 and loved being able to stay home with them until they began going to school.
