About Emily

I'm a first year teacher at a Baltimore County school and I have been babysitting since I was in high school. I babysat and nannied for multiple families in my hometown, but I am looking for more people to help out in Baltimore. I moved to the Federal Hill in November and I graduated from University of Maryland in Spring 2024. My students and coworkers say that I am patient, approachable, and calm. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children and have experience with age groups ranging from 1 to 11 years. Whether it's engaging in outdoor activities, playing board games, or facilitating educational play, I like to make learning a fun and enjoyable experience for the children in my care. I am also CPR and First Aid certified.
