About Emily

I am a mother of four small children (7, 4, 3, 2) who is new to having time without my kids (divorced), and I'm looking to fill some of that time with something I enjoy- caring for kids! Prior to becoming a mother and finishing college, I worked as a babysitter/nanny for about 7 years. My personal parenting style most closely aligns with gentle parenting and setting firm age-appropriate expectations/boundaries. I am very nurturing and hard-working, and well acquainted to the chaos of managing multiple kids at once while completing household tasks. The highest priorities for me as a caregiver are safety, trust, and communication. I am available Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. (could likely go later if needed), and every other weekend (Friday thru Sunday).
