Did not hire because when I informed her we were not a Christian family (we're Jewish) she stated "oh that's sad to hear, are you open to Christianity?" While finding like minded families to work for is one thing, attempting to promote your religious beliefs, especially in a platform like this is extremely inappropriate. This also led me to wonder what things she would try to teach my child and left me uncomfortable with the idea of her being alone with them.
