She was very responsive and nice. Unfortunately the messenger function on the app would not allow me to message her and she began wondering if we still needed her. Since I couldn’t communicate with her, I was forced to cancel and change my plans for the evening. We were really excited about meeting her to and hoping she would be a good to on a regular basis. Care.com was the one who really disappointed us. I contacted customer service twice hoping they could share our mobile number; but nope!
