My name is Emily and I have always loved kids. In 2016 I received my certification in therapeutic horseback riding when I lived in Florida. I did this at a K-12 special education school. This is when I decided to change my degree and move to University of West Georgia to complete the dual degree in Early Childhood Education with Special Education. I will be graduating in December 2020. Throughout my college experience, I have worked at a day care for 3 years in all classrooms, from infants to 12-year-olds in summer camp. During my field experience at the college, I have been in Pre-K, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 4th grade, and 5th grade. Currently, I tutor 4 students a week. I absolutely love children, and love making a difference in their lives.
