About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily and I am located in the south Seattle area. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Human Development from Washington State University. I have worked with children from newborn up into the early teen years. This includes experience as an au pair to twin toddlers and their older brother. I strive to foster a positive, supportive and trustworthy environment. I will ensure that your parenting style and values are listened to and upheld up while caring for your child. Some of my favorite activities to do with kids are arts & crafts, imaginative play, cooking, outdoor activities such as walks, going to the playground, or the library. I also have experience taking part in toddler swim lessons, and supervising children at the beach. I am very adaptable with activities based on the age of the child and where they are at developmentally. My goal is to be creative and collaborative with your family to support and nurture your child's development.
