As a passionate and dedicated caregiver, educator, and mother with over 20 years of experience, I find immense joy in nurturing the growth and development of children. I've worked as a TA, paraprofessional, Pre-K teacher and Program Director. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to connect with children on a profound level. Building strong relationships with families is essential to me, and I follow their preferred communication methods to ensure their peace of mind. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead, fostering a harmonious environment for the children in my care. I enjoy spending time outdoors with children and creating a diverse range of activities that stimulate children's minds and bodies. My degrees in Child Development and Psychology along with my curriculum development experience, empower me to incorporate learning opportunities into our play, fostering intellectual growth and curiosity.
