Emily is a natural with children. She has been extremely helpful with my 5 year old (also when he was 4 years old). She is the type to get on the floor, on his level, and they have a lot of fun. Not just that but she teaches as she plays, always encouraging and positive. Truthfully, my son asks when he gets to spend time with her again, all the time. She is one of his favorite people. Everything from water play in the sink, to trucks on the floor, dance parties, coloring, practicing writing, and everything in between. I also trust her with my son during meals where she is helpful, encouraging and watches him like he's her own. I trust her whole heartedly with my son and I don't say that lightly. My son loves to be with his momma, but when Emily is around, it's like I don't exist! She is trustworthy, kind, smart, and reliable.
