About Me: Hello! My name is Emily, and I bring over three years of experience working with children of all ages. I've had the opportunity to care for families in neighborhoods such as the Central District, University District, Wallingford, Magnolia, and Queen Anne. Specializing in school-age children, I've spent the past two years working at a daycare, where I've gained valuable insight into the developmental needs of children and how to create an engaging, supportive environment. I am flexible, outgoing, and passionate about building strong relationships with children and families! I believe in providing a nurturing, safe environment where children feel valued and supported. Whether it's helping with homework or organizing activities, I approach every task with care and enthusiasm. I am also DCYF (department of children, youth and families) certified and other certificates pertaining to childcare that I can provide upon request! I also am willing to do household chores.
